Description
The Trento 22 Qt. Spiral Floor Mixer is designed for commercial kitchens requiring reliable dough preparation. This unit features a fixed 22 qt. bowl, making it suitable for mixing various types of dough, from stiff pizza dough to delicate pastry dough. Its construction ensures it can handle daily demands in a busy environment.
Built with large thickness C40 steel and finished with a scratch-resistant powder coating, this mixer is engineered for durability. The fixed bowl is constructed with a reinforced edge and an AISI 304 stainless steel shaft, offering longevity and easy cleaning. A forged spiral tool and a lid with an opening for adding ingredients during operation further enhance its functionality.
Equipped with a built-in mechanical timer, the mixer allows operators to set precise mixing cycles for consistent, repeatable results without constant supervision. Powered by a 1 HP (750 W) ventilated motor with an oil-bath gearbox, it processes up to 37.5 lbs. of dough or 23 lbs. of dry flour. The forged spiral tool works at 85 RPM, while the bowl rotates at 10 RPM, providing thorough and even mixing. A thermal overload protection circuit breaker safeguards the motor during heavy use.
