Description
This is the largest wood burning oven from Tranquili Forni. Boasting 3-rack levels and an oven space of 24.5” x 31.5” x 17.8”, Tranquli Forni’s KTMA Wood Burning Oven can cook large amounts of food! Below the oven is the wood burner 9.4”x 15.9” x 31.8” with adjustable ventilation holes on the front. The oven also comes with a large warming chamber below the burner that is 33” x 35.5” x 16.7” where you can store food or your cooking utensils.
The interior has 3 lights for maximum visibility and an interior fan for ventilation, both are controlled with an On/Off switch. There is a built-in exterior 60-minute timer and a thermometer for precision cooking. It also comes with two detachable rails on the front and side of the oven gives you extra space for plating or to place your cooking utensils.
Easy to move, the wood burning oven is equipped with 2-wheels on the back of the unit and retractable handles on the front, the oven can be moved like a trolley.
