High Performance Machine
The R45T is designed for restaurants, caterers, delis, and confectioners for processing both small and large quantities. It can grind meat, chop vegetables, knead dough, and even prepare an incredibly smooth mousse using the various blade assemblies.
A 13.5 HP direct drive induction motor powers this processor allowing it to complete even the most intensive food preparation tasks in under five minutes. It can produce up to 1000 meals per service and make 55 pounds of food per batch. The R45T features a stainless steel control panel panel with buttons flush with the panel’s exterior. A 0-15 minute timer can be set for different processing times. Safety lights as well as a magnetic safety switch and motor brake protect your operators from injuries.
Excellent Processing Capabilities
This vertical cutter mixer comes with a smooth three-blade assembly that can be used for chopping up meat and vegetables (coarsely or finely) and even emulsifying foods. The three stainless steel blades can be removed and adjusted to different heights depending on how much food is being processed.
The transparent polycarbonate lid makes it easy to see the contents of the bowl and monitor its process. It comes with a lid wiper that can be used to wipe off food buildup on the inside of the lid, ensuring a clear view at all times. The R45T’s lid is watertight and features an opening in the centre for adding wet or dry ingredients during processing.
Durable Design
The R45T is completely comprised of stainless steel and comes with three sturdy built-in legs. Retractable wheels make it easy to move this processor to different locations as well as to clean in and around the area where it’s placed.
The 47 quart stainless steel bowl comes with two handles and can be easily removed from the stand for cleaning. Using the ergonomic lever on the side of the stand, the bowl can also be tilted over 90 degrees allowing you to empty its contents without any fuss.
