Description
The smooth blade and direct-drive induction motor in the Robot Coupe R2BCLR cutter mixer grinds, mixes, and makes mousses in minutes. Designed with a 3-quart capacity, the bowl is transparent for monitoring product while it mixes, and the heat- and shock-resistant lid has an opening in the center for convenient addition of ingredients during use. Equipped with straightforward controls, the Robot Coupe R2BCLR food processor is operated with an on and off button as well as a pulse button for precise cutting. The parts are removable and dishwasher safe for thorough cleaning, and this unit has a fixed single speed of 1,725 rotations per minute with a powerful 1-horsepower motor.
3 Qt.Gray Batch Bowl
The 3 qt. gray plastic batch bowl is great for mixing up small batches of a single ingredient, or for processing multiple ingredients together at once. A clear lid lets you monitor the contents from above so that you don't over- or under-mix
Smooth "S" Blade
