At 3/4 of an inch thick, its both sturdy and highly portable. Thanks to its unique handle on one side, it has both an easy and stable way to carry it around from the counter to the stove or dinner table. The hole in the handle also gives you the option of hanging the board on a hook when not in use.
This cutting board features a groove around its perimeter that collects excess liquids or juices released after slicing up vegetables or freshly cooked meat. This convenient feature minimizes messes created from runoff by keeping it contained in the indented channel.

This paddle board is constructed from the edge grains of wood making it both attractive and durable.
To keep your Planches Labell paddle board in top condition, always wash with warm water and soap then dry when finished. Mineral oil can be rubbed into the wood as required for maintenance and to keep the board looking like new. All boards are also naturally antibacterial and non-toxic.
