This vegetable slicer set comes equipped with the housing, door, pusher, and adjustable slicer plate with an s-knife. The s-type knife and slicer plate feature an adjustable dial that allows you to customize the slice thickness. You’ll be able to produce uniform and thin slices of cucumber for salads or thicker slices of potato for scalloped potato dishes easily without the difficult and time-consuming labour involved with manual slicing.
To use this processor, simply install the s-knife plate, close and lock the door to the housing and turn on your mixer. With a bowl or container placed underneath the attachment, you can then lift up the pusher using the lever on the side of the unit and place your vegetables into the shoot. Always use the pusher to push your vegetables through the rapidly spinning slicer in order to avoid serious injury.
