Equipped with a ventilated cooling system, the Nella 27" Circular Floor Refrigerated Display Case maintains consistent internal temperatures between 2°C and 8°C (35.6°F - 46.4°F). This system circulates cold air evenly around the 14.1 cu. ft. interior, preventing the formation of warm pockets that could compromise food safety. Running on a standard 110V electrical connection, the unit employs R290 refrigerant to provide a cooling solution that aligns with current environmental regulations for commercial kitchens.
The circular design of this floor unit offers a full 360° view, making it a primary focal point for cafes and specialty bakeries.
