With this skillet, you can minimize the maintenance costs and even save on labour with fewer cooking appliances to service and clean.
The 30P-STEM tilting skillet has the capacity to hold up to 30 gallons (114 litres) of your signature soup, stew, mixed vegetables, and even ground meat. It come equipped with an easy-pour lip and 5-gallon increment markings inside. The pan is heated from below with electric elements fully cast in 1.37” thick aluminum for even heat distribution.
The 30P-STEM features a manually operated tilting skillet with a balanced design and slanted wall that can be easily tilted to 70° in order to completely empty its contents. It also has an automatic shut-off that’s activated if the pan is tilted beyond 10°.
The skillet is controlled by a drip-proof panel located beside the pan. It features a solid-state temperature control that can be adjusted between 100°F and 450°F as well as a mechanical 60-minute timer.
The skillet’s pan is constructed out of a 10-gauge T-304 stainless steel with a #4 finished exterior giving it incredible durability as well as the ability to stand up in even the busiest kitchens. The pan interior is polished, preventing food from sticking and features coved corners that make the unit easy to clean.
