The Marcato 9-Wheel Adjustable Pastabike is the perfect accessory for cutting a pasta sheet fast, in every shape you can imagine. It is equipped with nine interchangeable wheels that are easy to take out and put in according to the width of the selected type of pasta. You can use Pastabike to cut sweet or savoury dough in a zigzag design, creating all the decorations you want.
Pasta Bike is made of food-grade plastic with the transparent polycarbonate handle. It can be easily opened to replace the cutting wheels. The middle structure of the wheels and the support rod are made of chrome steel so as to allow for a stable cut and a long service life.
