Description
Quickly and efficiently clean and sterilize racks of dishes, glassware, and other cooking utensils with the Hobart LXeH-30 Hot Water Sanitizing Undercounter Dishwasher with 30 amp Breaker.
This energy efficient commercial dishwasher uses only 0.74 gallons of water per rack and has the capacity to clean up to 32 racks in an hour! Each cycle only takes 109 seconds to complete, so you’ll never find yourself behind on clean up.
The LXeH-30 uses Sense-A-Temp, a 4.9 kW booster heater to heat the water to the minimum 180°F temperature necessary to effectively sanitize its contents. It also comes equipped with detergent and rinse-aid pumps so you can begin using it right away.
This unit features a microcomputer above the door with a digital display that makes it easy to set and monitor the dishwashing progress. With service diagnostics and low chemical warnings, you’ll know exactly when it’s time to get the machine serviced or refill its chemicals.
This powerful dishwasher is compact enough to fit right under the counter, making it perfect for kitchens with limited space. Despite its small footprint, it has a 17” opening that can accommodate a variety of rack types with ease. For your convenience, the LXeH-30 includes both a peg and combination dish rack.
This unit is rated to 30 amps maximum and does NOT require a 40 amp breaker.
Hobart's LXeH-30 undercounter dishwasher allows power to only one of the two heaters in order to control the max draw on the machine. As a result, you must wait at least 90 seconds between each cycle.
