The Drop-In Modular/Ganged Heated Well from Hatco is an insulated full-sized well, grouped together in a modular fashion with better quality construction, which keeps hot foods at more accurate temperatures for longer periods of time.
- Each well has its own individual thermostatic control for temperature regulation.
- 50% larger drain with flat screen simplifies cleaning and holds pans level.
- Includes a separate lighted On/Off rocker switch and temperature dial
