This pizza peel is constructed with an anodised aluminum head and handle that makes it a lightweight tool perfect for the constant maneuvering of pizza into and out of large commercial pizza ovens. Despite its reduced weight, the pizza peel is still extremely sturdy thanks to an oval-shaped handle that aids in its stability while in use.
The flexible head is neutrally anodised to protect it against oxidation. Its rectangular shape offers a large surface area in which to transport the pizza or even rotate it while in the oven. The head is thinly milled at the front to better allow you to slide it under the pizza. It also features perforations that reduce friction and allows for excess flour to fall off easily, keeping your oven clean while preventing smoke and bitter tasting crust.
