With two full-size convection ovens in one unit, your restaurant will have the capacity to double the amount of food produced without taking up any extra floor space. The two ovens feature individual controls and timers allowing you the freedom of cooking two completely different recipes at one time.
The SUMG-200 boasts 53,000 BTU (15.53kW) of power per oven. It also has a two-speed, 3/4 hp fan motor in each oven that effectively distribute heat throughout, ensuring your food is consistently and evenly cooked through with every use. This natural gas powered oven also features a direct spark ignition for an effortless startup as well as a safety shutoff function.
The convection ovens are constructed out of a durable stainless steel with enamelled porcelain interiors. It features coved corners inside the ovens that make the units extremely easy to clean. The oven dimensions are 29”W x 24”D x 24”H, giving you ample space for cooking large quantities required in the food service industry. The SUMG-200 also comes equipped with five chrome-plated oven racks with 10 adjustable rack positions per oven.
