The DVTS-15 Vacuum Meat Tumbler is a smaller tumbler that will works well for restaurants, delicatessens, small meat markets and even home users. The ideal maximum capacity for tumbling is 12-1/2 pounds. Durable stainless steel construction, fixed tumble speed of 10.5 RPM, digital timer, self-contained vacuum pump and gauge and removable tank are just some of its features.
