Using their 3-ply Surround-Heat technology, Cuisinox ensures heat is evenly and efficiently distributed throughout all areas of the saucepan, eliminating hot spots and burnt or undercooked food. This multi-clad construction is comprised of a layer of 18/10 stainless steel that covers the interior cooking surface, a layer of pure aluminum in the middle, and a magnetic stainless steel layer surrounding the exterior. This saucepan’s unique composition allows it to be used on all cooking surfaces and is specially designed to be used with induction cooktops thanks to its magnetic properties. The pure stainless steel and brilliant mirror finish create a distinctive and attractive appearance while continuing to be extremely easy to clean and maintain.
This 2 qt. saucepan features interior markings in both litres and quarts making it easy to measure ingredients as well as keep you mindful of how much food you’re preparing. It has one ergonomic stainless steel handle on the pot and one on the lid, both permanently attached with stainless steel rivets.
This Cuisinox saucepan is also oven safe to 500°F, so you’ll be able to begin your cooking on the stove and finish it off in the oven without missing a beat.
