Engineered through high-firing ceramic production, this large serving dish provides maximum structural resistance against chipping and daily wear in high-volume hospitality environments. Fine stoneware pieces are highly resistant to thermal shock, withstanding variations between -20°C and 250°C (0°F to 500°F). Maximum recommended thermal variation is 180°C (350°F).
