Durable and rust resistant, this versatile Browne 18098 8" Double Fine Mesh Strainer with Plastic Handle is a great tool for straining stock and a variety of clumpy ingredients.
This commercial strainer is made of durable stainless steel with plastic handle, and two hold tabs to keep the strainer from falling into your pots or pans. It measures 8" diameter bowl and features a double layer of tin mesh for excellent filtration. The double layer of mesh can withstand more pressure from a wooden spoon or pestle pushing solids through.
This kitchen strainer is dishwasher safe and has holes in the rim for easier cleaning and sanitation.
