The Blodgett BLCT-6E-H Electric Boilerless Countertop Combi Oven with Touchscreen Control Ventless Hood - 208 V is a top-of-the-line kitchen appliance that combines the functions of a convection oven, steamer, and grill in one compact unit. This versatile oven is perfect for small to medium-sized commercial kitchens, as it eliminates the need for a separate vent hood, saving valuable space and installation costs. The combi oven lets you choose how you want to cook whether you want to do it manually, use pre-programmed recipes for consistent cooking results, or automatically. The touchscreen control stores 500 recipes with 15 stages each.
The Blodgett BLCT-6E-H hoodini ventless hood removes smoke, odor, and moisture from the oven cavity. The combi oven filters don't have to be changed saving you time and the integrated hood needs no fire suppression. The combi oven is also able to hold 5 standard 12" x 20" sheet pans making it perfect for multiple foods being cooked at the same time. Made with 430 stainless steel, perfect construction to clean and maintain as well.
