    Should be clearly noted when it is required.

    I had to buy this item on its own and pay $20 shipping for this single item, even after buying a 3 compartment sink and accompanying faucet. The fact that this mounting kit is required for the installation of the sink is buried away in the manual that is linked on the main page of the sink. I read through the whole page before submitting my purchase but failed to open and read through the link that was a manual meant for installation.

    While I am willing to own that this is something I could have done, it does seem a bit of a reach to claim that the mounting kit is listed as a required part on the sink's webpage when you have to follow a link to read through installation instructions. I did not feel the customer service in response to this was very good and I think Nella Online should take care to clearly list any and all required parts associated with the installation of any products on their website.
