With the Berkel 330M you’ll be able to expertly slice meat and cheese from tissue-thin to 5mm thick with the most precision and consistency. This slicer is especially designed for producing the thinnest slices of prosciutto. It’s also operated completely by hand so it doesn’t require any kind of power source in order to function. The Berkel 330M heritage prosciutto slicer comes equipped with a 13-inch blade made of hollow ground chromium-plated, carbon steel for incredible strength and durability. It features an integrated two stone sharpener to keep the knife in perfect condition, especially when slicing delicate products. A rear ring guard covers the non-slicing side of the blade to ensure the user’s safety.
The meat slicer’s carriage has the capacity to handle food up to 8.37 inches high by 10.87 inches wide, or 8.37 inches in diameter and can be used to slice many different kinds of hot or cold meats as well as cheese.
This Berkel slicer can also disassemble quickly without any tools, making clean-up a breeze.
