The ABM HD4000 Plus Patty Former Machine is an industrial-grade solution built for maximum output in large-scale food manufacturing and commercial commissaries. It delivers high-efficiency production with an adjustable output that reaches up to 4,000 patties / Hr. Designed for extended production cycles, the machine comes standard with a 30L hopper, creating a system capable of managing large volumes of raw product with minimal interruption for reloading.
Product consistency and portion control are managed through variable speed operation and precision tooling. The machine is designed lower to facilitate easier and faster loading of raw product into the hopper by staff. The maximum circular patty diameter obtainable is 5.12", with the product thickness adjustable up to 1.26" (32mm). A standard 1,127 mm conveyor belt efficiently moves the formed product to the next stage of the production line.
