Zwilling Plus Stainless Steel Roasting Pan with rack is made with premium SIGMA Clad 3-ply construction for rapid and even heat distribution. Large stainless steel handles are secured with heavy-duty rivets, ensuring comfortable control and firm grips even when wearing oven mitts. Flared rim for easy, non-drip pouring. PFOA-free non-stick rack insert elevates food to promote fast and even cooking and browning.
