Southbend BLT-30G Natural Gas 30 Gallon Manual Tilt Braising Pan / Tilt Skillet

Cook large portions of food either by roast, fry, braise, boil, simmer, thaw, sauté, grill, warm, steam and hold with the Blodgett BLT-30G natural gas 30-gallon braising pan / tilt skillet. This unit provide high-efficiency and high-output with the 30-gallon design, giving you the freedom to cook large batches of food easily.

This unit’s pan is made of satin 10-guage stainless steel and a polished stainless steel surface interior. Designed with coved corners, making it very easy to clean. The cooking surface is strong and durable, made of ¾” thick triple-ply aluminum core and a spring-assisted hinged stainless steel cover to ensure efficient use.

The tilting mechanism’s gear and control consoles is connected to side trunnions making it easy to tilt while maintaining full control. The pouring spout plus the hand crank tilt control allows you to slowly and accurately empty your foods.

The front controls on the unit are easy to access and offer a temperature range of 100-450°F (38-232°C). Additional features include the high temperature cut-off, cook indicator light, thermostat, power switch and ignition indicator light.

The stainless steel cover is spring assisted with a handle making it easy and safe to open. The unit is supported by welded stainless steel tubular legs with bullet feet on the front legs and flanged adjustable feet on the back legs for you to secure the BLT-30G onto your kitchen floor. The unit’s total rated BTU is 80,000 and requires a 120V electrical connection and comes with a 5-15P plug.
