The Oliver 797 Gravity Feed Bread Slicer is ideal for volume slicing needs of small wholesale, large retail and in-store bakeries.
The blade advantage of this unit is that it uses the lowest cost replacement blades in the industry, contributing to low cost of ownership and that they are easily replaceable, independently mounted and rust-resistant blades.
The Oliver 797 Gravity Feed Bread Slicer comes equipped with a last loaf pusher, slices up to 200 loaves per hour and is designed with trouble-free, smooth and quiet operation. The Combi unit allows for production slicing and on-demand slicing.
