This immersible sous vide cooker boasts 1,500 watts of power and is made of a high quality stainless steel material. It features an IPX7 waterproof rating, that adds to the unit’s durability.
This sous vide is equipped with a powerful memory function that can remember the temperature unit, as well as its previous status and time settings. With a bright LED display it takes just seconds to program in your desired temperature and cook time. It features extremely long working times and has the capability of cooking for as little as five minutes to up to 99 hours. The temperature can be set between 5°C and 99°C (41°F and 210.2°F).
Nella’s sous vide cooker has a clamp that allows you to attach it to the side of a pot or other heat-proof container. It can operate in a suggested volume of up to 30 litres and even features a low water level detection alarm built in.
