This Update International BBOT-13N 13" Slotted Basting Spoon with Bakelite Handle serves a number of purposes in the kitchen.
The spoon features wide and shallow bowl that allows cooks to easily scoop up broth and baste entrees without having to tip the pan. Its slotted bowl surface allows cooks to easily skim and strain unwanted fat and food remnants from the entrees natural juices. The bakelite handle is heat-resistant to 230°F and includes a notch that will prevent the spoon from slipping into the dish.
Made of stainless steel material, this slotted basting spoon has several features that put it a cut above standard basting spoons.
