Description
This Pro‐Logic square cast iron grill pan has low, slanted sides to make flipping easy and the raised ridges help remove fat from food. There is a long handle with a hole for hanging and a helper handle to make transferring the pan easy. Wash and dry before first use. To season, rub with a light coat of vegetable oil after every wash, use enough to restore the sheen, without being sticky.
