Unique and Versatile Design

This unique cutting board measures 24 inches by 18 inches, providing you with an exceptional amount of space for cutting into large roasts and poultry. The centre of one side of the board features a pyramid design that expertly stabilizes meat while carving. An intelligent system of groves guide excess liquids and juice off the cutting board and into a removable stainless steel pan that slides seamlessly underneath.

The flat underside of the cutting board may also be used for chopping meat and other ingredients. It does not feature a juice grove or pyramid grip but does provide a convenient slot for the stainless steel pan. Flipped up, the pan slides into place perfectly level with the top of the cutting board offering you a convenient location for collecting chopped up vegetables and herbs ready for cooking or garnishing.

On the two short edges of the cutting board, you’ll find indented finger groves designed to make it much easier to move or carry the board from the counter to the dinner table.

The John Boos Aztec cutting board is made from sustainable hard rock maple for long-lasting beauty. It comes treated with a Boos Block cream finish made from a combination of natural unbleached beeswax and food grade mineral oil, which together creates a smooth wax barrier that locks in moisture.
