This heavy-duty unit is perfect for high production facilities and can handle even the most demanding of environments with ease. The Hollymatic 900E mixer/grinder has a massive capacity of 200 pounds and is able to grind up to 65 pounds of meat per minute.
The unit is ergonomically designed and thanks to its shorter height, it’s easy to load and unload product from the hopper. It also features a convenient open grid lid that allows you to easily add seasoning while mixing. The cone-shaped hopper and stainless steel mixing ribbon work together to effectively mix all types of meat to produce a smooth and appealing product.
The mixer/grinder comes equipped with a size 32/42 grind head to suit all your production needs. The unit’s feed screw operates at a 90-degree angle to the hopper which helps keep its exposure to the product at a minimum, therefore preventing the temperature of the meat from building up throughout the process. As a result, the ground meat has an extended shelf live and much better presentation.
The 900E mixer/grinder is seamlessly welded out of stainless steel for ultimate durability. It features a storage rack directly underneath the hopper for keeping extra supplies close at hand. It utilizes two separate variable speed motors for effective grinding and mixing. The machine can also be controlled with a convenient air operated foot switch.
