This pizza peel features a special and exclusive GI metal treatment, Golden Hard Anodizing (G.H.A) that makes it more hard-wearing, sliding, and hygienic. G.H.A. is a special treatment of Japanese origin, it's an anode oxidation with subsequent sealing of the micro-pores using silver ions, resulting in an aluminum alloy with superlative performance and characteristics.
This gold pizza peel has a 14" x 14" head and comes attached to a 71" long gold handle that’s ideal for big, artisanal pizza ovens.
