The sealing treatment offers the lightweight characteristics of aluminum, the durability of stainless steel, extreme resistance to friction, antibacterial properties, and unmatched heat resistance - along with a gorgeous gold color.This peel's 59" oval tubular handle keeps hands away from the hot oven, but is reinforced with 3 rivets where it meets the head to ensure stability. The riveted joint reduces vibration being transferred to the handle, which makes using this peel more comfortable. The perforated head allows for the release of flour from the bottom of the dough, reducing the chances of burnet crusts.
