Using their 3-ply Surround-Heat technology, Cuisinox ensures heat is evenly and efficiently distributed throughout all areas of the Dutch oven, eliminating hot spots and burnt or undercooked food. This multi-clad construction is comprised of a layer of 18/10 stainless steel that covers the interior cooking surface, a layer of pure aluminum in the middle, and a magnetic stainless steel layer surrounding the exterior. The pot’s unique composition allows it to be used on all cooking surfaces and is specially designed to be used with induction cooktops thanks to its magnetic properties. The pure stainless steel and brilliant mirror finish create a distinctive and attractive appearance while continuing to be extremely easy to clean and maintain.

This 3-quart Dutch oven features interior markings in both litres and quarts making it easy to measure ingredients as well as keep you mindful of how much food you’re preparing. Two convenient handles are permanently secured with stainless steel rivets on either side of the pot making it easy for you to lift and carry.
This Cuisinox Dutch oven is also oven safe to 500°F, so you’ll be able to begin your cooking on the stove and finish it off in the oven without missing a beat.
When you’re finished cooking, it can be safely placed in the dishwasher for an effortless clean.
