This efficient commercial dishwasher uses only 1.5 gallons of water per rack and has the capacity to clean up to 21 racks in an hour! Each cycle only takes 141 seconds to complete, so you’ll never find yourself behind on cleaning dishes, glasses, and other cookware.

Ideal for heavily soiled loads, the 501HT operates on a fill and drain principle, meaning the previous cycle’s rinse water is always reused for the next cycle’s wash water.

The dishwasher features a built-in 9 kW Hydro Flow booster heater that effectively heats the water to the high levels necessary in order to properly sanitize everything inside.

A solid state temperature control and display allow you to easily set and monitor the dishwashing progress from start to finish. It includes an auto-clean and delime cycle that help keep the dishwasher working like new wash after wash.

The base of the 501HT is constructed out of 316 stainless steel for an even higher resistance to corrosion. It also has a large 15.75” door opening that allows you and your staff to easily load and unload trays.
