    This was a gift to my son-in-law who is a fabulous cook. He had noticed my own roaster and was very impressed by all the dishes I had used it for. The extra tall sides come in handy for more braised recipes and it is easy to clean. He was so happy that I think I’m going to have additional sides for out Christmas dinner. I didn’t plan it that way but aren’t coincidences a great thing. 😉
