The double deck oven will give you twice the productivity within the same footprint of a single unit. Each compartment is equipped with a two-speed fan and 1/2 hp blower motor, effectively recirculating the heated air throughout the interior, maximizing productivity and reducing energy consumption. Allowing you to get your food to your hungry customers quicker!
The stainless steel doors are equipped with chrome-plated door handles providing comfortable grip. The doors are tightly secured to the frame with triple-mounted door hinge pins. Inside the oven are (5) chrome-plated racks that can be configured into (11) rack positions. The oven can also hold up to (5) 18” x 26” standard full size baking pans per compartment.
Each deck has interior lighting giving you maximum visibility and are also equipped with three tubular heaters that are controlled by an electromechanical thermostat with a temperature range from 200°F - 500°F. The blower motor has an automated thermal overload protection mechanism and a control area cooling fan for safety.
