Easily cook large portions of vegetables, ground meats, sauces and more with the Crown BTT-16G natural gas 16-gallon round countertop braising or tilting skillet. This unit was designed for efficient space use and ideal for smaller kitchens where floor space is limited. Despite its size, make no mistake the BTT-16G is a high-output cooking unit! Small enough to fit in most kitchens but still offering 16-gallons of capacity, giving you the freedom to efficiently cook large batches of food.

The pan is made of satin finish 10-gauge stainless steel with a polished interior surface and designed with coved corners for easy cleaning. The 3/8” thick stainless steel bottom plate and the round sides with pouring spout makes it durable and easy to direct your food when pouring into pans or food storage containers.

The tilting feature is safe and easy to use. The tilt handle is a heat proof knob and an added tilt lock control ensures the pan will always stay in an upright position while you are cooking.

The front controls are easy to access and offer a temperature range of 100°F - 450°F (37°C - 232°C). Besides the temperature control, there is a high-temperature cut-off, cook indicator light, thermostat, power switch and ignition.

The BTT-16G comes with concealed mounting lugs to secure it to the counter and a total of 30,000 BTU. A 115V electrical connection is required and it comes with a 5-15P plug.
