Description

This Baxter MB300 Proofing Cabinet Base is composed entirely of stainless steel construction. It holds exactly 16 18" x 26" pans with 3" spacing in between. Digital controls are incorporated for easy operations and doors open open independently.

Proofing Cabinet Base Compatible with the Baxter 0V310 Series Oven.
