Constructed with corrosive-resistant 304 stainless steel interior and a durable 430 stainless steel exterior. The interior is insulated with CFC and HCFC-free polyurethane insulation enhancing the structural integrity of the SS-2R-HC and increasing its energy efficiency.
The interior is designed with ultimate flexibility, this refrigerator comes with 6 epoxy coated shelves with a versatile design that can easily store full-sized food pans and each shelf can hold up to 120lbs. each!
Environmentally-safe R290 refrigerant is used in the unit that is run on a robust 1/4 hp compressor. The cabinet is programmed to always maintain temperatures between 33-40, ensuring all ingredients and food are at foodsafe temperature levels.
The Avantco SS-2R-HC features self-closing doors that also come with a convenient stay-open feature, the exterior’s stainless steel construction allows for easy cleaning making this unit very convenient to work with. The cabinet also comes with a digital temperature control with digital display and an automatic defrost feature. The bottom mounted compressor design makes it easier for you to load and unload this reach-in refrigerator because of the extra height added to the bottom.
