With embossed gallon and litre markings that won’t fade or wear off, you’ll know exactly how much product you’re making and how much you have left, significantly improving your business’ accuracy. Unlike with using a stock pot and range where heat is only emitted from the bottom, steam jacketed kettles feature a cooking surface that covers two-thirds of the pot allowing much more of the product to come into contact with the heat source. This provides you with much faster cooking times while using a lot less energy. By using a kettle, you’re also preventing hot spots and scorched soups resulting from range cooking that must be done at much higher temperatures.
