Restoration Hardware (RH) recently opened their newest gallery in Toronto and Nella Cutlery Toronto is proud to have been a key part in supplying and installing their state-of-the-art commercial kitchen.

RH is a luxury home furnishings company with galleries and outlets across the U.S. and Canada. RH Toronto, The Gallery at Yorkdale features four sprawling floors of artistic installations and home furnishings laid out in a gallery setting. Seamlessly integrated into the residential design of RH is a restaurant and café adding to the unique hospitality experience of the gallery.

Supplying High Quality Products

Nella Toronto was instrumental in supplying everything that a high-end commercial kitchen requires. With top brands like Rational, True, and Hobart, Nella sourced and supplied the combi ovens and commercial ranges, refrigeration units, fryers, mixers and more.

From working with RH on ordering products, to delivering them to the site, and finally installing and putting everything together, the team at Nella worked diligently to get it all done in time for the grand opening.

Overcoming Obstacles

The project wasn’t without challenges, with a start date in July the team had three months to work with. By the end of September, items were still being delivered to RH pushing their timeline down to a mere two days to complete all installations.

Because of the nature of the site, a very popular and busy Toronto mall, Nella’s team had to work around strict opening hours. All delivery and work trucks needed to be off-site by 9:30 a.m., before the mall opened. This meant that much of the work was done late at night, early in the morning, and even overnight while the mall was closed.

Despite the challenges and shrinking window of time, Nella Toronto overcame everything they faced and successfully completed the stunning install at RH right on time.
