This Update International BBLD-13N 13" Solid Basting Spoon with Bakelite Handle serves a number of purposes in the kitchen.
The spoon features wide and shallow bowl that allows cooks to easily scoop up broth and baste entrees without having to tip the pan. Its solid bowl surface allows for maximum liquid retention within the spoon. The bakelite handle is heat-resistant to 230°F and includes a notch that will prevent the spoon from slipping into the dish.
