Description
The True TUC-24F-HC Under counter Freezer is constructed for the demanding atmosphere of a commercial kitchen. Its exterior features all stainless steel across the front, top, and ends for easy cleaning and lasting visual appeal, fortified with a corrosion resistant GalFan coated steel back. Engineered with an oversized, factory-balanced refrigeration system, maintains reliable temperatures of -23°C (-10°F).
Maximizing energy efficiency and operational convenience, this compact 24" model utilizes electronically commutated (ECM) evaporator and condenser fan motors. These advanced components operate at superior peak efficiencies, ensuring proper air circulation while concurrently moving a consistent volume of air. The interior is organized with 2 adjustable, heavy duty PVC coated wire shelves for flexible storage planning. Routine maintenance is simplified by a time-initiated, time-terminated automatic defrost system and a condensing unit positioned on slide-out tracks for easy back-of-cabinet access.
This freezer was built using high density, polyurethane insulation that is foamed-in-place throughout the cabinet structure. This insulation yields 0 ozone depletion potential and 0 global warming potential. The sealed capillary tube refrigeration system runs on eco-friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant, a powerful feature central to its overall value and superior performance within the foodservice marketplace.
