    Combi oven is used to cook, steam, roast or even bake and you can make a number of varieties of food. MODEL SCC 102 Electric COMBI OVEN offers seven convenient modes for cooking and you can take complete manual control over the cooking process with stream, convection and combination cooking modes.

    Hot-air steamer (combi-steamer mode) conforming to DIN 18866 for most of the cooking methods used in commercial kitchens for the optional use of steam and hot-air, individually, in succession or in combination.
