This consistent and efficient slicer is constructed out of a durable aluminum alloy material and is intended for low volume operations. The 0.25 hp motor will let you slice meat and vegetables quickly for up to 30 minutes per day.
The 9-inch blade is hard chrome plated in order to extend its life and improve its resistance to wear and abrasions. The blade is also fitted with a sharpener to keep it in pristine condition with every use.
Smooth and Efficient Blade
The Nella 9-inch blade slicer features ball bearings that allow the carriage to glide smoothly while cutting, which helps to ensure clean and evenly sliced food.
With the ability to select a cut thickness between 0 and 15 mm, you’ll be able to achieve expertly thin slices of prosciutto or thicker slices of pepperoni and everything in-between.
