With a 9-pan capacity, this topping rail is ideal for restaurants, pizzerias, sandwich shops, hotels, and other commercial business with food prep stations. This 79-inch refrigerated topping rail also fits perfectly on top of Nella's 79-inch granite top pizza prep table.
The topping rail has the capacity to hold nine 1/3-size gastronorm food pans (sold separately), allowing you to keep your most popular sandwich, salad, and pizza toppings close at hand. It can also accommodate pans from 2.5 to 4 inches deep.
Nella's topping rail is constructed out of a durable 304 stainless steel for superior resistance to rust and corrosion. It features a glass sneeze guard that surrounds the top, back, and sides of the unit protecting everything inside from germs and other contaminants while also preventing customers from reaching over.
