This steam table is constructed from galvanized steel with a heavy-duty 18-gauge stainless steel top and tank that can effectively prevent corrosion and stand up in a busy, high-traffic area. It features four wells that can each hold a standard-sized 12” x 20” food pan (sold separately). Each food pan is suspended over a large water tank with one heating element in the centre. The single tank design is simple to control with just one dial that can be adjusted up to a maximum temperature of 245°F.
This Nella steam table features an open storage cabinet right underneath the water tank for conveniently storing extra plates, utensils, and serving tools as needed. A 16.5” high sneeze guard is built-in to keep customers from reaching in and potentially contaminating the food, making it ideal for cafés and restaurants that don’t provide self-service food stations.
