Description
Process fresh, boned meat for quick and easy chopping using the Hobart 4732-18-STD Meat Chopper.
This commercial Meat Chopper features a 3 hp motor and has a grinding capability of 35-40 lb of meat per minute. This unit is designed with the standard #32 knives and plates which are sold separately.
Cleaning is made easy with the Hobart 4732-18-STD. It also features a magnetic type contractor, #32 chopping end and feed stomper, and waterproof junction box. This unit requires a 200V 3 phase electric connection for operation.
