A half-size bun pan has a variety of ways it can be used in a restaurant kitchen. Starting with the strong aluminum construction of 20 gauge 1150 style aluminum means that it will not be flimsy and can handle the weight placed on this large pan. Measuring at 1/2 size which translates to 18" wide, 13" long, and 1" deep, you'll be able to bake up a large batch of food for your restaurant customers. Each of the four corners is rounded and the perimeter contains a zinc-plated steel reinforcing wire to make sure that as you're grabbing it out of your large commercial oven, the pan will not cave under the weight allowing you to remove the pan with ease.
