Cashier / Customer Service - Queen Location

Nella Food Equipment Toronto is looking to hire enthusiastic cashiers/customer service representatives for our Queen St. location.

Responsibilities:

  • Process all Point of Sale (POS) transactions accurately and efficiently while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer needs are being met
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with new and existing customers
  • Participate in merchandising and promotional activities
  • Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge
  • Excellent presentation skills in a retail environment.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and attitude at all times
  • Performs other duties as required

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Upbeat, optimistic, passionate and friendly
  • Excellent customer service skills, interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with customers.
  • Self-motivated and enthusiastic
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Willingness to learn
  • Previous retail experience is an asset
  • Food service industry experience is an asset
