Administrative Assistant - North York Location

Nella Food Equipment Toronto is looking to hire an enthusiastic and motivated administrative assistant for our North York location.

Responsibilities:

  • Processing orders through our website and over the phone
  • Full involvement in the sales process, including completion of quotes and purchase orders
  • Generating quotes for customers
  • Responding to customer inquires via phone calls and email
  • Following up with customers and providing support daily through email and phone
  • Complete all other job duties as required

Requirements:

  • Data entry experience
  • Effective communication skills
  • Excellent phone skills
  • Strong computer skills, especially MS Word and Excel
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with AutoQuotes an asset
